The Harborthon is proud to partner with Boston’s Best Cruises to provide participants with an unforgettable experience.  

Transportation to Camp Harbor View will be available conveniently from two locations - Boston’s Long Wharf and Quincy’s Marina Bay. Participants are offered the flexibility of seven departure times back to Boston and five back to Marina Bay, giving you the choice to leave immediately after awards, grab dinner and a beer, or stay and enjoy the post-race party.

 

Transportation Reservations: You will be able to reserve your transportation to the event during registration.  Please note that in the event you should miss your departure reservation, you will be placed on standby.  

*A confirmation email must be present with each individual to board ferries/buses.*

 

Returning Transportation: Returning ferries & buses to Long Wharf & Marina Bay, respectively, are offered every 15 – 30 minutes beginning at 8:30pm and are operated on a first come-first serve basis.


Long Wharf Information: 

  • All participants coming from Boston’s Long Wharf will be transported to and from Camp Harbor View on one of Boston’s Best Cruises’ elite ferries.
  • Long Wharf Marina is located next to the Boston Marriott Long Wharf and is adjacent to the Boston Aquarium. 
  • The closest MBTA Subway stop is Aquarium on the Blue Line.  
  • Returning ferries to Long Wharf begin at 8:30pm, are offered every 15 – 30 minutes, and are operated on a first come-first serve basis.

Marina Bay Information:

Marina Bay, located in Quincy, MA, is a great option for participants with vehicles that would like to park-and-ride to the event.

  • All participants coming from Marina Bay will be transported to and from Camp Harbor View by bus.

  • Returning buses to Marina Bay begin at 8:30pm, are offered every 15 – 30 minutes, and are operated on a first come-first serve basis.

From the West & South

Take I-95 S to I-93 N and Rt. 3 N

Take Exit 9 towards Adams St., Milton/N. Quincy

Merge onto Willard St.                                                               0.1 mi.

Continue onto Granite Ave                                                        200 ft.

Keep right at fork in road                                                           0.4 mi.

Turn right onto Squantum St.                                                     0.3 mi.

Turns into W. Squantum to E. Squantum St

Crossing Quincy Shore Dr.                                                         2.2 mi.

Take a left on Victory Rd.                                                           0.4 mi.

Take a right on Marina Dr.                                                          0.2 mi

Follow to Marina Bay                                                                 0.2 mi.

Follow the Road Race Parking signs that will direct you to the Squantum Point Park.

Once at the Squantum Point Parking, lot proceed to the area abutting the Boat Dock, there is a covered enclosure were the runners can gather and the buses will load.

 

From the North

I-93 S to exit 12

Merge onto Massachusetts 3A S/Gallivan Blvd toward Neponset/Quincy

Continue to follow Massachusetts 3A S                                   0.7 mi

Slight left onto Quincy Shore Dr                                               0.3 mi

Exit onto Commander Shea Blvd                                               0.9 mi

Turn right onto Seaport Dr                                                        0.3 mi

At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto Victory Rd             0.2 mi

Turn left onto Miwra Haul Rd                                                  0.3 mi

Turn left to stay on Miwra Haul Rd            

Follow the Road Race Parking signs that will direct you to the Squantum Point Park.
